Hello First Day! Started last September 25th. Bit shocked because I thought that we’re like 15 or 20 something like that but it’s a huuuge team. No wonder because it’s a pioneer account. Lemme tell you the stuff that we did for these past four days in bullet-ed form.
- First Day: The-getting-to-know-find-your-cliques-stage.
SHIFT SCHEDULE? Mon-Fri 11PM to 7AM…. Well fortunately. *insert client name here* people are very very nice even though we just met that time. there are some who are really really quiet and there are some who just want to have new set of friends because for the coming days we’ll be dealing with each other might as well do the first move to have good impression right?! :) Aside from that, two account from that client merged that night because of some training room difficulties. it was really awkward but things slowly getting okay as the hours pass on.
What do you think we did on that first day? of course the ever famous TELL ME ABOUT YOURSELF - and then talked about the things that we really need to know about the company. first day feeling? nervousness turned into next day to look forward to.
- Second Day: Lectures. Lectures. Lectures
Lectures on the second day are very very familiar to me since we talked about that during my TESDA training for agents. It’s the US 101 course. they showed us the MAP of the united states and the basics about it. abbreviations, most used names and such. Talking about it made me teary for seconds because I remember the time when I am having such a hard time memorizing all those 50 states and their capital with my 304 family.
We’re a bit feeling sleepy, oh no! MAKE THAT REALLY SLEEPY - Who wouldn’t? HAHA. and then suddenly, the word PAYROLL popped out from the screen (not literally. HAHAHA) and everybody was like "WHOOOA! FINALLY!" yes indeed, they talked about how the company will pay us.
- Third Day: Games. Games. Games.
And to have some mind breaking adrenalin rush moment. we had games. Jeopardy and I don’t know the term of that game where in you’re going to pick a movie title and you’ll gonna do some actions for your members to guess the title of that freaking movie which is really not fun at all. HAHAHAH. I really don’t appreciate that game or it’s just that i’m being anti-social that time that I don’t care about what’s happening around me. LEWLS.
On jeopardy game my group wins though it seems like I was there to just give claps and hurrays. HAHAHA. I think I helped them a lot? like, 5%? HAHAHA. while on the second game which is look what I’m doing and just guess this freaking movie already, we lost. HAHAHA and asked to perform the next day.
and talked about the Business Plan all of a sudden.
- Fourth Day: Marketing Strategy and building your own Business Plan
Based on the lectures the last day. we are grouped into seven and asked to create our own business and the freaking Business Plan. It was really hard to start a business and much harder to construct a business plan. >///< we took almost the whole shift for that business plan presentation and had more bonding with the people from the other account.
and my group presentation is such a beautiful mess. a thing that most of us will never forget. :)
We all know since day one that we are merged for this week only because even though we’re under the same client. we have different account. >///< and it seems hard to say buhbye with them for a while. especially our group which are called the promint because it’s the combination of that two account.
Waa. we just took pictures and say our goodbyes. we can see each other at the floor but still. it’s different if you’re with each other almost everyday. Buuuut still! I can say that I’ve gained friends for a short period of time and I’m glad that I’ve met those individuals. Mint Fighting!!!
